White Cloud Therapeutic Services is a progressive and quickly growing group practice in Williamsburg, Virginia.
At White Cloud Therapeutic Services, we strive to maintain a client centered approach utilizing cultural sensitivity and the client’s personal goals combined with the therapist’s compassion and knowledge. We offer individual, family, couples, child, group therapy, neuropsychological testing, and medication management. We want you to have the freedom to focus on what matters most; you and you clients.

- Friendly and attentive front office staff to manage your schedules, client calls, collecting copays, and billing insurance. Our Office Manager handles our insurance billing and will also manage any insurance credentialing needs you may have.
- Full Time Employment is eligible for Salary (salary dependent on licensure and credentialing status). To be considered full time you only need 30 hours a week on the schedule. This includes time prepping for clients, notes, and comes out to 24 clients a week. This can be achieved with four 9am-6pm days with an hour for lunch. But you also have the option of splitting that up throughout the week if you choose.
- Bonuses are offered quarterly based on time worked over 30 hours and job performance.
- Your professional Liability Insurance will be covered at 100% by WC through the Trust
- You will be eligible for Health insurance, 50% of premium covered by WC
- Personal advertising through Psychology Today and our website is covered by WC
- Choose between W2 employment and 1099 contract (conditions and restrictions apply to 1099 contracting)
- Part time employment is eligible for hourly wages (salary dependent on licensure and credentialing status)
- Residents in Counseling and LCSWs in training are welcome to apply

- Get your hours: VA Board approved LPC supervision supplied by WC at no cost to you
