Ashley Casey, M.S., Resident in Counseling
My approach to therapy is rooted in a deep respect for your personal journey. Together, we can address the goals you want to work on while highlighting the strengths you already have.
Therapy with me is collaborative, respectful, and–most importantly–at your pace. Whether you have a specific goal you’d like to accomplish or need some help figuring out where to begin, I’m here for you.
I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Old Dominion
University and have experience working with LGBT+ clients, adolescents, college students, and
adults. I have specific experience working with anxiety, depression, gender dysphoria, trauma,
PTSD, and military and veteran populations.
