M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, National Certified Counselor, Licensed Resident in Counseling
Life is not about the destination, it’s about the journey. The same applies to counseling and I would love to walk beside you on your journey- whatever that may entail. Everyone’s journey and needs are different, and for this reason I take a collaborative and unique approach with every client.
I strive to create a safe and comfortable environment that helps foster a strong therapeutic relationship. By using a client centered and strength based approach, my goal is to empower each client to take control of their life and carve out a path towards happiness, hopefulness, and balance.
I am a Resident in Counseling and a National Certified Counselor. My Masters in clinical mental health counseling from William and Mary, fieldwork experience at a residential treatment center for substance use disorders, and experience at a counselor education clinic have all prepared me to work with a wide variety of mental health concerns and life transitions. I have experience with individual, group, couples, and family counseling with adults, children, and the military/veteran communities. I am currently accepting new clients and look forward to potentially joining you on your journey!
